Participant's phones were temporarily kept by the MACC staff during our visit to the video interview room and also the “bilik kawad cam” in respect of the privacy of these two places.

The tour was followed up by our visit to MACC's video interview room (VIR) which served as an interrogation room.In the VIR participants learnt about procedures during an interrogation and the technology around the room.

Unfortunately, the participants were told that today's visit would not comprise of a visit to the lockup as there are detainees occupying it currently and visitors are not allowed to visit during such situations.

At 4.00p.m. participants headed towards the next destination in MACC which was the “Bilik Kawad Cam” where witnesses would identify the suspect(s) from a line of people. Participants were taught about the standard procedures when carrying out an identity parade (kawad cam).

Participants were then escorted to a meeting room at 4.30p.m. where they were greeted by Mister Ho, an officer from MACC. Mister Ho gave us a speech on the duties and responsibility of an MACC officer and shared with us the requirements in order to be a MACC officer.
